A non-refundable 10% deposit and a signed contract are required to confirm your event date. All functions are considered tentative until a deposit is received. This deposit will be applied to the balance of your event. Depending on nature of your event, it may be subject to a $1,000 refundable cleaning / damages deposit. This deposit will not be applied to the balance of your event. |

Final payment is due 10 days prior to your event date. If an actual count is not received, the estimated number of guests will become your guarantee. All additional guests will be charged at the per guest rate and must be paid on the day of event. |

A Guest Guarantee and final payment is due 10 days prior to your event date. If an actual count is not received, the estimated number of guests will become your guarantee. All additional guests will be charged at the per guest rate and must be paid on the day of event.

Room rental fee is $800 and based on a four hour event. Additional hours can be added at a rate of $150/hr. This rate does not include additional security or bar charges.

Dance floor rental fee for a 15’x15’ is $250.00. Dance floor rental fee for a 12’x12’ is $200.00. Dance floor rental fee for a 9’x9’ is $125.00.

A 20% service charge and 7.75% (or current tax rate) are inclusive to all food and beverage services.

The Diamond Club restaurant will provide all food and beverage. No outside food or beverage is permitted. Leftover food and or beverage will not be allowed to leave the facility at the end of the function. The Diamond Club restaurant adheres to all federal, state and local laws regarding food and beverage purchase and consumption.

Access to the restaurant for decorating is based on availability before the scheduled event. Arrangements for props, floral centerpieces, DJ, Band, Casino Tables, etc. can be made using our preferred vendors or you may use your own vendors. All decorations must be approved through the Catering Department and are subject to local fire code.

Storm Entertainment will not assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought to or left on the premises prior to or following your function. The client assumes all responsibility for guests in attendance. Liability for damage to the premises will be charged accordingly. The Diamond Club restaurant reserves the right to inspect and control all private parties, bands, meetings and receptions being held on the premises.
